The Outdoor Stations of the Cross celebrated at the Basilica Shrine of Our Lady of San Juan del Valle on Good Friday is one of the great events of the year in the Rio Grande Valley. It is deeply moving to see so many people walk the Way of the Cross together, young and old, rich and poor,... all of us seeking the grace to accompany the Lord on his road of sorrow. If you were not able to participate this year, I encourage you to make plans for next year.
