It is a great grace to witness the faith of so many here in this diocese, so vividly displayed in our parishes during Holy Week throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Here are just a few pictures to give you an idea of what I am mean. Let no one wonder why I often say that I am the happiest bishop in the United States.
